At Training Bible Coaching we are dedicated to assessing and developing your athletic potential. To that end, we offer both physiological and performance testing to help our
athletes methodically analyze their progress. Athletes spend a great deal of time on
training, including long stretches of time without actual competition. Without a race to
gauge competitive fitness, it becomes important to have a set of specific tests which can accurately determine current fitness and indicate whether the coach's training plan is
effective for the athlete.
