Getting Started:
- Review athlete history and goals
- Establish key milestones for meeting goals
- Identify personal weaknesses and strengths
- Identify and prioritize race season
- Construct program for training and racing
- Identify HR training zones for cycling and running
Implementation:
- Includes initial consultation with your coach
- Includes a phone consultation for every new training period, at athletes initiative
- Includes email every 2 weeks.
- Training plans are written in 4- 8 week blocks customized for your unique needs and goals
- Includes your personal online journal at www.TrainingPeaks.com
